Our main focus is to negotiate contracts with National Vendors that will give PPA members the best discounts while delivering stellar service. This combination of excellent price and customer service insures that members remain satisfied with their choice of participating in Purchasing Partners of America.

PPA offers the following value propositions to its members:

  • strong support for PPA members, in terms of:
    • understanding and working with vendor contracts
    • maximizing the benefits of the vendor contracts
    • troubleshooting any difficulties with vendors

Our main services offer office supplies, related office furniture and printing services. We also offer food purchases. We have negotiated contracts for technology equipment including copiers and laptops and all related supplies. PPA has contracts for reduced rates on classified print and Internet advertising and many more contacts to save you money.

PPA vendors are selected because:

  • they meet needs in product or service areas as identified by PPA membership
  • they are able to provide quality goods and/or services
  • they provide high quality customer service
  • they offer discounted costs/rates to PPA members
  • they meet PPA requirements for geographic accessibility
  • they are willing to meet PPA requirements for a single point of contact, data reporting, etc.

PPA is diligent in monitoring the vendor's performance to be sure that prices for goods and services remain true to the terms of the contracts. Reporting to the members their usage and savings is another service that PPA performs.

The Purchasing Partners of America program is easy to use. Each member utilizes only the vendor goods and services that make sense to them. Members maintain and operate their own accounts with vendors utilizing PPA's negotiated prices.

Seeking new contacts is an ongoing activity of PPA and member requests for additional discounted goods and services are seriously pursued.
